		<description>I&#039;ve had them on and off for many years. I have never told a doctor about it. I try to breathe slowly as well as actively pursue an activity which will get my mind on something other than myself. That almost always stops the attacks. I still get a bout of them every few months, and it IS difficult and scary, but I also intellectually know that they will pass and more quickly if I do what I stated above. Good Luck</description>
